Cardelli, Lanfear & Buikema,
P.C. regularly serve as local
counsel for attorneys
and
their clients litigating matters in the State
of Michigan, including both state and federal
courts. With offices in the Detroit metropolitan
area and Grand Rapids, we litigate matters
throughout the state for our own resident
clients. We can assist non-resident clients,
law firms, and lawyers in litigating matters
in these courts. As your resident representative,
we can assist you with pro hac vice admission,
as well as any and all other litigation matters
deemed more prudent for local handling. We
have also served as local counsel for appellate
matters.
To discuss your case with a lawyer
at the law firm, please kindly call one
of our offices.
For the Detroit metropolitan area, (248)
544-1100. For Grand Rapids, (616) 285-3800.
Alternatively, you may simply fill out
the contact form on this site.
Update: In September 2008, the Michigan
Supreme Court adopted new rules regarding pro
hac vice
admission. The new rules are more restrictive
and, as a result, are more likely to lead to
denials of pro hac vice motions based on procedural
and substantive defects. It is all the more important
that you obtain local assistance to navigate
these new rules changes.
